Positive Habits Program
This program teaches you on how to change your habits and behavior in your life. We all form undesirable habits in life that often lead to feelings of failure and being stuck. Habits are difficult to change and can be expressed in various “addictive” behaviors such as smoking, eating, internet surfing, gambling, taking drugs or sex. However, this program is not only geared towards changing bad habits. The emphasis of this program is centered around developing your will power, courage and other positive values which can affect your behavior. Self-limiting beliefs and emotions get in the way of you achieving your more desirable goals and being happy. Habits are based on attitudes and values which can either lead to assertiveness or an inability to stand up for yourself, to management of your time and energy or wasting of your time and energy, to feelings of happiness or feelings of stress and anxiousness, good coping skills or lack of balance with work and life. Eventually, you may find yourself in a lifestyle that leads to dissatisfaction and habit formations which are difficult to shake.
Our program will help you develop positive habits to replace old ways of acting which you no longer need, want or find useful. The aim of this program is to give you a method for self-help that is simple, practical, useful to you and can be implemented on a daily basis throughout your life. The aim of this program is to help you execute those habits that lead to your desired goals and success in life.
The program consists of a set of exercises or habits which you must perform over one month, on a daily basis, with reinforcement from the practitioners at Apex Centre for Integrated Health
